The Ozone layer one of the reasons why evolution will not work. According to the theory of evolution there was life before there was oxygen. That is not as crazy as it sounds because there are living things out there that do not need oxygen to live. But if there is no oxygen there is no ozone. Without the ozone layer life could not exist because the ultraviolet light rays would kill it.
